Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing us from your account email address. Full instructions, including what gets deleted and how long it takes, are on the account deletion page.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email support@zor.training from your account email address and ask for a data export. We'll send you your data (profile, programs, workout history, and check-ins) in a machine-readable format within 30 days.

Why didn't my workout sync? / Does the app work offline?

Yes — Zor is built for gyms with bad signal. If you have no connection, your sets and check-ins are saved on your phone and upload automatically the next time the app is open with a connection. You don't need to do anything. If something looks missing after you're back online, open the app, leave it in the foreground for a moment, and it will catch up. Still missing? Email us — don't delete the app, as that would remove the unsynced data stored on the device.

I found a bug / something looks wrong

Email support@zor.training with your device model, what you did, and what you expected. Screenshots help a lot.

How much does Zor cost? / Subscriptions

Zor is currently free. The self-coached experience — your own programs, workout logging, and the recovery dashboard — is free to use, with no in-app purchases. Paid upgrades (AI coaching and human-coach seats) are planned for later; if they launch, pricing will be published here and in the app first.

How do I reset my password?

The app does not yet have a self-serve password reset. Email support@zor.training from your account email address and we'll send you a secure reset link.
