Delete your Zor account

You can delete your Zor account and all data associated with it at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1: delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Zor and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Press and hold the Delete account button to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2: request deletion by email

If you can't access the app (lost device, can't sign in):

1. Email support@zor.training with the subject line "Delete my account", sent from the email address your account is registered under. That is how we verify the request is really yours. If you no longer control that address, say so in the email and we will attempt alternative verification.
2. We will confirm receipt and process the deletion within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything. Deleting your account removes:

• your sign-in account (email address and credentials),
• your profile (training goal, experience, bodyweight, and preferences),
• all training programs you created and any custom exercises you added,
• your complete workout history: every session and every logged set (weights, reps, RPE),
• all daily check-ins (bodyweight, sleep/nutrition/readiness ratings, and per-muscle soreness history),
• your cardio sessions and any heart-rate data we stored for them, whatever source it came from,
• all derived data (estimated strength and recovery metrics).

There is no partial deletion and no recovery after deletion: if you return later, you start from scratch. If you want a copy of your training history, request a data export before deleting (see the support page).

Any unsynced data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app from the device.

Timeline

• In-app deletion: your account and data are deleted immediately from our live database.
• Email requests: processed within 30 days of verification; once processed, deletion works exactly the same way.
• Backups: our database provider takes an encrypted daily backup of the whole database so we can recover from a failure, and each backup is kept for 7 days. Your data leaves the live database immediately, and any remaining copy of it inside those backups ages out of the rotation within 7 days. We do not use backups to bring a deleted account back.

We keep nothing else

Zor has no third-party advertising or analytics trackers and does not sell data, so there are no third-party copies of your training data to chase down. See the privacy policy for full details.
