Delete your Zor account

You can delete your Zor account and all data associated with it at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Zor and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Press and hold the Delete account button to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app (lost device, can't sign in):

  1. Email support@zor.training with the subject line "Delete my account", sent from the email address your account is registered under — this is how we verify the request is really yours. If you no longer control that address, say so in the email and we will attempt alternative verification.
  2. We will confirm receipt and process the deletion within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything. Deleting your account removes:

There is no partial deletion and no recovery after deletion — if you return later, you start from scratch. If you want a copy of your training history, request a data export before deleting (see the support page).

Any unsynced data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app from the device.

Timeline

We keep nothing else

Zor has no advertising or analytics trackers and does not sell data, so there are no third-party copies of your training data to chase down. See the privacy policy for full details.
